Hi my name is Hanne, and I'm a chevron addict

I think it's safe to say I have a bit of a chevron addiction. I think it makes any simple manicure instantly interesting, even if it's just on an accent nail. This is what I've been doing to spice up a lot of my manicures lately, and I love it! I've been using nail vinyls (by @teismom on Instagram, or http://nailvinyls.storenvy.com/), which are much easier than cutting tape out into the chevron pattern, or making a chevron pattern free hand. The easiest way I've found to use nail vinyls is to gently peel one off with tweezers, then press on your already painted nail. Then place another vinyl on your nail, leaving space in between them, as this will be your second color. After your vinyls are in place, apply a coat of polish, then gently peel off the nail vinyls before your top color dries. If you wait for the top color to dry, the vinyls are more likely to lift some of the base color up. This sounds very complicated, but it's actually a lot easier than free handing chevrons.

Here is a picture of the nail vinyls on the sheet, as I received them.

I've done many manicures using these vinyls, and here are a few of my favorites.

All in all, I absolutely recommend purchasing some nail vinyls if you love chevron print. The store I purchased from has recently raised its prices, so I suggest following @teismom on instagram and waiting for a sale if you don't like the prices at the moment.
